You're the reason we put forth our best each and every day. But we don't stop there. We also value local and organic farms, choosing to purchase everything from produce, meats, and cheeses from our ever-expanding network of family-owned farms. These fine folks are committed to sustainable methods of raising food and animals. Our vision for the future is one that realizes the shortest distance between the farm and the wholesome food we serve on your plate. To that end, our mission is simple: Disdain the expeditious in favor of the delicious. We think it's a winning formula, and we hope you agree.

What's In A Name.....
Blaisdell, Arizona is where Jason & Lynda call home. This area is known to many as the Blaisdell Ranch. In the late 1950's Lynda's Dad, Howard Moore, purchased 300 acres of silty desert ground that was covered with mesquite trees Palo Verde's, Greasewoods, and snakes. He then went to work to level the ground'. put in irrigation and turned it into productive farm ground. This farm has produced many crops throughout the years including Alfalfa, cotton and produce. He was a pioneer farmer in Dome Valley. The Blaisdell crossing was named after Hirman W. Blaisdell. Hiram was the inventor of the Slow Slow Sand Filter Washing Machine. This Device was used to wash sand filters, used in the treatment of drinking water. The machine was built in 1902 at Blaisdells privately operated waterworks, which treated the muddy water of the Colorado River for local consumption. Blaisdell patented the device and marketed it throughout the United States. The Yuma filter is on the City of Yuma property and has been preserved as the first of its kind.
